This coming year the National Museum of American Jewish Military History faces the most active demand for our resources that we have seen in years.
With the 50th anniversary of the Museum's charter upon us, we have many exciting projects in the works for the NMAJMH.
The most ambitious endeavor is a new permanent exhibition dedicated to the span of Jewish service in the American armed forces, over 350 years of patriotism and sacrifice. We are currently in the design phase and with your help, this exhibition will come to fruition.
I addition to our exhibition programs, we have an ever-expanding collection and archives. Veterans are returning from Iraq and Afghanistan, and we need to include their stories in our Museum. As our collection of records and memorabilia continues to grow, so does our need for your support. The financial resources of the Museum's supporters are used to help document the legacy of Jewish service in the American armed forces.
